Order Processing

At kozedcandy.com, we process orders during business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). It typically takes 1-2 business days to process an order before it ships. During peak times, processing may take up to an additional 5 business days.

Note: Orders may be delayed or canceled if an item is out of stock or on backorder. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, insufficient address information, or carrier issues.


Item Availability

We may cancel your order or part of it if an item is out of stock. If your entire order is canceled, you’ll be notified via email. If only part of your order is affected, we’ll remove the out-of-stock items and ship the rest. You will not be charged for out-of-stock items, and you will receive an email notification.


Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to your purchase where applicable.


Verification & Shipping

Please enter your billing and contact information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Orders with mismatched information will be put on hold for verification. Ensure your shipping address, including zip code, city, and state, is correct. Incorrect info may cause delays and require us to contact you.
